– A 15-minute meditation on the topic, to develop constructive
perspectives, deepen new insights, and gradually transform
everyday life


This series is based on the book:
“How to Solve Our Human Problems”
by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Note:
– We recommend, if possible, arriving at least 10 minutes before
start to settle in calmly and enjoy the evening.
